- Develop an emergency plan for Caritas' head office. - Run an emergency simulation for all Caritas teams at the head office, sectors and regions. - Communicate the emergency plan to sectors and regions. - Develop a common intervention plan with other NGOs to make the response much quicker and more efficient.

- Continuous training sessions in the sectors and regions.

Because of the instability in the political situation in Lebanon, Caritas Lebanon has made itself ready to intervene in any emergency situation.
